Christos P. Topouzis is the founder of C. Topouzis & Associates, a law firm based in Nicosia. His practice focuses on administrative and constitutional law, public procurement, commercial and civil litigation and employment law, together with cross-border matters and alternative dispute resolution.
In practice since 2017, including at leading Nicosia law firms, he has represented major Cypriot and European companies, high-net-worth individuals, municipalities, public officers and semi-governmental organisations before all instances of the Cyprus courts, with a consistent presence before the Tenders Review Authority.
His experience includes recourses under Article 146 of the Constitution against decisions of public bodies, among them appointments and promotions; recourses concerning high-value public tenders; complex commercial disputes with cross-border elements; and interim and prohibitory measures and orders for the tracing and freezing of assets. He also acts in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
